 椅子に足を乗せ、大腿が床に対して70度ぐらいになるように曲げる。両手を頭の後ろで軽く組み、40度程度に上体を曲げる。上げきったら一瞬止まり、また上体を下ろしていく。

 俺は毎日、40度ぐらい上体起こしたまま7秒静止してゆっくり戻すクランチもどきを20×3やってる。
 これを始めて2ヶ月目ぐらいだが武田幸三とまではいかないが
 ボコボコと盛り上がるような腹筋になってきたよ。
 これを始める前は普通のシットアップを毎日200回やってたけど
 イマイチ下腹部にカットが出なかったんだけどね。
 今の方法だと20回でもう限界になるし楽しいよ。

 お疲れさまです。
 最近また、よく効くトレーニングを編み出しました。
 大したもんじゃないけどｗ
 どうしても腹筋って上腹部の発達が下腹部より勝っちゃうじゃないですか。
 下腹部もカットこそあるものの、上腹部のようにボコっとしてなかったんですけど、
 ここ数週間で下腹部の強化に成功しました。
 下腹部に効くトレです。
 
 ①まずクランチを自分の好きなスピードで10回します。
 台が無くても足を浮かせればいいです。膝を90度に曲げて。
 クランチ10回が終わったら間髪入れずに、
 ②足を伸ばし床から45度ぐらいのところまで上げ、
 30秒間で床スレスレにくるようにメチャクチャゆっくりと下ろしていきます。
 10秒で15度(3分の１)ずつ下ろすというふうに考えるとやりやすいです。
 そして②が終わったらすかさず①にもどる。これを3回繰り返して１セットです。
 「①→②→①→②→①→②」←で１セット。
 最初の１０回のクランチをゆっくりやると、後半かなり効いてきます。
 脚を下ろすときは下腹部の筋肉を意識しながら。
 このとき上体はヘソを見るような感じですると意識しやすい。
 これを３セットします。注意したいのがインターバルで、
 できれば30秒、最低でも1分以内に再開するのが好ましいです。
 インターバルが長いと、パンプと焼け付くようなバーンが得られなるので。
 最初はけっこう効くと思う。慣れてきて強度が欲しくなったら
 クランチをゆっくりやるべし。
 
 ***背圧クランチ [#k42c0f25]
 腹筋運動として有名なのはクランチだが、
 クランチは腹直筋上部のみしか鍛えることができない。
 いわゆる「丹田」を鍛える意味からも、腹直筋下部も鍛える必要がある。
 これを可能にするのが背圧クランチだ。
 通常のクランチのように背中を地面につけるが、
 クランチが「上背部を上げる」ことで腹筋に刺激を与えるのに対し、
 背圧クランチは、下背部を地面に押し込むように意識し、
 体幹全体を前方に強く収縮させる。クランチ同様に足の各関節は
 90 度を維持しているが、これを伸ばせば所謂ジャックナイフクランチであり、
 これは、体幹が完全収縮しているときに接地しているのは下背部のさらに
 下部ないしは臀部のみであるが、背圧クランチの場合は、
 接地部位も見た目にはクランチとあまり変わらない。
 打撃における丹田への力の蓄え方を意識する上で重要なトレーニングだ。

 --１．床またはフラットベンチに仰向けに寝る。足を伸ばしたまま上げ、ゆっくり下ろす。

 --床またはフラットベンチに仰向けに寝る。
 --膝を90度程度に曲げた状態をたもちつつ、腹部を支点に、腰部を持ち上げるように上げ、ゆっくり下ろす。
 -tips
 --レッグレイズでは、腹筋があまり動かず、スタビライザー的な役割しかしないのに対し、クランチでは、腹筋により大きな収縮・伸展をもたらす。
 --臍の辺りを軸にして、腰を胸に近づけるような意識で行う。

 --ダンベル、ケーブル
 -主動筋
 --腹斜筋
 -基本的なトレーニング
 --右側の筋肉＝ダンベルを左手に持ち、足は肩幅程度で立つ。
 --右側の腹を縮めるようにして、ダンベルを引き上げ、元に戻して１レップ。
 -応用
 --ダンベルのかわりにケーブルマシンで行う。
 -tips
 --ダンベルをもった側の腕は、終始伸ばした状態を保つ。
 --ダンベルをもっていない方は、後頭部に手をあてるスタイルが多いが、最初のうちは、腹の部分にてのひらを当てるようにして、筋肉の収縮・伸張を感じるとよい。
 --足の幅は、広すぎると動きづらく、狭すぎるとバランスがとりづらくなるので、肩幅・腰幅程度から適当な幅をみつけること。
